Office Policies and Patient Guidelines

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To better serve all patients, the office asks that you call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice allows the team to offer your time slot to another patient who may need care. While the staff makes every effort to stay on schedule, emergencies and urgent situations may occasionally cause delays.
